This. It's become blindingly obvious.PhoeniX wrote:No matter who wins, America's screwed by the looks of it.

1 day to go
42 million people have already voted. That blows away the record for early voting. And Clinton is supposedly only up by a few points. This nightmare more than likely won't end until the wee hours of tomorrow night...

Re: U.S. Election
Are you making fun of my grammatically incorrect sentence or Randys? Because my joke has multiple levels, I'm making fun of HIS grammar while simultaneously indicating I obviously knew there was in fact an arm attached to the hand in the glove. Thus classifying my initial post as a joke. Whether you find it funny or not. Furthermore... you can't use my grammar against me in that particular reply because it's an imitation of Randys.
So, in conclusion and to remain on topic I have to say sir that your reply to my reply of randys reply is in fact a joke much like this entire election.

Final polls ?

Trumps made up a lot of ground but he's still gonna need a shitload more brexiters to turn up. I'm quite surprised to see how much traction he gained after the little announcement, you can see the swing graph under the map. You could say it's returning the to the avg though I guess

I never thought I'd be so dissatisfied with my own damn vote. I almost wrote in Bernie. Our political system sucks.

Re: U.S. Election
i thought you *could* do write-ins in US elections..?
Re: U.S. Election
I could have, but there's no chance of a write-in winning in our first-past-the-post system. I'd rather vote for one of the two people who can win.

Re: U.S. Election
Sanders has had a huge impact on the democratic platform. He pushed Clinton farther to the left and now they're adopting a bunch of his positions. The DNC now has a bunch of Bernie supporters in their ranks. So it wasn't all for nothing, unlike what Trump has said about his own bid for the presidency if he loses.Memphis wrote:[img]
