I think Dutchies are in general a lot more level headed about these things than our American counterparts, although the scale has slowly been sliding in the wrong direction.

What I find funny though, is that they say that they will have 50% male and 50% female participants to remain inclusive (advocate of the devil comment: how about fluid gender people?), but that statement inherently means that more qualified people may be excluded due to them being the "wrong" gender.
