You guessed, my ISP never calls back even after requesting escalation after days of terrible service from staff answering their support line.
I finally posted on a tech-forum here and an ISP representative offered assistance if needed. I grabbed it.
Near 2 hours on the phone to him and I see progress...

I am now to pay $10 a month less for the better product. I am still trying to get my head around this….. Seems a human did 'the right thing' 4 years ago and software has now discovered and corrected
