We're a 15 minute train to Euston and I can walk to work if I'm working at the Warner Bros studio in Leavesden. So location wise it's ideal. Watford is just starting the gentrification process so it should increase in value a lot too. ...It's a 2 bedroom Victorian end of terrace, in Leeds (where I'm from) we could have bought a detached 5 bedroom manor house with a few acres for the same money. .
