Quake3 Sod Mod where to found

hello friends, sorry for my bad english xD
i'm searching for quake3 sod mod, i last play the game for 10 years i think. i like to play but dont found any download =(
with sod mod i mean the mod, where i can shoot at the ground and slide over the map.

please can some one help me! =)
