So that's all you had to say. You're buying what you have determined is in your price range. Funny how I mentioned that in my very first post about this... :disgust:

That's a factor for anyone, isn't it? But I could buy a used Fireblade for $10K and go with that no problem, but I choose not to because it simply isn't the type of motorcycle I'm looking for.

If you don't understand the benefits of a CBR650F over a CBR1000RR Fireblade as a commute motorcycle then that's on you. And you can still let the CBR650F rip with more than enough power, certainly when you're limited to (Dutch) public roads.

Still haven't explained why the CBR is a better product than the Street Triple by the way. You openly folding on that one, or are you just gonna flip the table over in a heated tantrum?

You're the one continuing the argument (talk about heated). My comments were based on personal experience. Honda typically makes a superior product (quality wise) and people regret inferior purchases. Not too much to argue there really... Listen, I called this right out of the box. YOUR budget prohibits you from buying a larger bike. Nothing wrong with that. Though I'm sure if someone was handing out 650's and 1000's, you'd take a 1000. Oh, and you can stop arguing specific makes/models like it helps make your point. Because I don't give a shit what you ride. But I'm sure there are other lager makes/models that would suit your specific use.

You good now?

I own a cbr and I'd probably take the street tripple if the price is similar. For commuting though eraser the 500r and 500f are phenomenal on fuel.

Yes, we need this thread for whiskey's ongoing battles with customer service over $2 refunds!

No headphones, ever.
None, ever. Not that I have anything against them, I've just never worn them... I have like 3 ipods and I've probably used one of them once or twice.

I am now on the phone to my internet service provider.
My VoIP phone doesn't ring in I/C calls like it used to and I have a real problem making them understand that there's a problem. They just seem so thick, dumb as dog shit we used to say and I am not racist. It is just that there's a communication barrier. I demonstrated the problem while on my mobile to the Call Centre TWICE, but they still tried themselves !!

Took delivery at designated time ... Their staff changed registration plates, fitting my personalised plates I've had for years.
Top points to the dealer who spent some time explaining all the switches and the new technology. That was nice. I am still getting my head around individual tyre pressure monitoring

I must RTFM :)

Sadly we saw out little Mercedes drive away with brand new registration plates fitted :tear:

I'm not rich and I don' t have a driver's license. All this internet posing is kinda embarrassing aint it?

On the flip I'm off to Europe in July. Can't wait! Germany-south of france-barcelona-ireland.

Also, be careful on those motorbikes, the road toll stats ain't pretty.
