looking for old 1.16n serverside homing rocket teleport rail

I wanted to relive the nostolgia of playing this old server side mod that was on the Dreamcast servers. I forgot the name.
But it had homing rockets, and rails to teleport people. if you got two excellents you would get a grenade that would home in on targets and obliterate them.
It was one of the best dreamcast server side mods besides mr pants excessive overkill and shotty.

I need help finding this mod and possibly a server that runs it if anyone knows
