Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition

Following the EEs of Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale and Planescape:Torment, Beamdog is now at the helm of rereleasing Neverwinter Nights.

'Enhanced' is a bit of a stretch here as it only entails an upped resolution and some rendering effects, but it does include all expansion packs and whatnot. If you already own those you're probably better off using some high res texture pack mods and such though.

But I know there's some people here who were really into NWN back in the day so I thought I'd share it.

While I enjoyed NWN and its expansions first time round, I recently fired it up again, and the models were unbearably polygonal. It's also very easy to see the man behind the curtain in NWN.
Maybe I should give it another chance, 'cos I got a lot of fun out of the game way back when.

Awesome! I may have to pick this up. The single player was great, but I spent most of my hours dungeon crawling with a small group on a custom server. Great fun

It’s be really cool if they’d release it for Xbox and I could make a run through with my wife after we get done with DOS...
