Revenge of the Sith
I fucking loved it and will probably pay money to see it again.
The cheesyness was toned down, but not so much it was far too serious and over acted. The CGI was much much better (bar a few dodgy scenes) and the general feel of the film was much darker than ep1 and 2 which made the whole experiance much better.
I was expecting more of ep1 and ep2 and got much much more, far surpassing my expectations. I'd recommend this film to anyone. It's easily on par with and if not better than Return of the Jedi which i actually think was totally ruined by the fucking E-woks, who dispite popular opinion i thought were annoying little fuckers.
My only grudge is it could have had more Wookie battles in and introduced Chewbacca a little more, but i have a soft spot for Wookies, seeing as i resemble one and I could happily watched two and a half hours of none stop furry wookie action.
Go and see it :icon14:

i lost any interest in sw after ep2. i was willing to forgive ep1 if ep2 would have been good, but when ep2 turned out to be worse than ep1 i just stoped caring.
edit: i imagine i'll end up watching this one if i get bored, but i'm not in any particular hury. i watched the last one at a midnight showing.

I fucking love "Sith". I have seen it yesterday and I will go again today and tomorrow. I'm such a nerd.
Only thing that sucked (in the german version) was the Mickey Mouse-dubbing over the Super Battle droids' voices. But that's it. Hayden is terrific (not in terms of acting but in terms of pure physical presence) as is Ewan.
It's a good feeling since I knew the movie would rock and it just does.

Got in at 3:15 this morning after seeing the midnight show. I was well impressed, it kicked ep 1 & 2 out of the window. Still the actings very wooden in some places but everything else overshadowed that. Shame Chewie didnt do much, & Vader (In asthma mode) didnt get more screen time. I liked the Peter Cushing lookalike though!
The fucking cinema (Showcase) didnt put a good effort though, it was shown on a small screen and the surround sound wasnt turned up full blast.
Off to see it again at half 8 tonight down UGC's, should be better :icon32:

but yes, fucking awesome movie, mate is even seeing it again today
I got tickets to the premiere last night and am going again today with a different set of friends. Here's a video I took on my new phone of some geeks fighting in front of the screen with light sabres before the movie.
