I've been meaning to add, nice collection Eraser

I briefly ventured into the trains in Lego (City) but never the actual buildings side. Trains lasted a few months but I then offloaded and seems I am sticking with the 'Technic' theme.

Near time to disassemble the 4 lots pictured above and put in 'zip lock' bags and box away for the years ahead. I'll (re)open some others and assemble. Like Christmas again

We had a lovely Christmas and NY in Finland, starting with a family Christmas cottage trip

Oodi central library in Helsinki, opened last year as "a gift to the people". Filled with study rooms, reading nooks, and a lovely cafe across 3 storeys with loads of natural light. It's absolutely gorgeous.




Lady and I took a day trip to Tampere and walked around for miles. It's an old factory town with a ton of history and architecture, now full of startups and leading the way in cleantech.



Went with my brother to see our favourite childhood hockey team


Now I need to work off the extra weight I gained on this trip :drool:



And took the opportunity to build a new workstation for the parents while we stayed with them
