I believe, although am not certain, that a suppresor/silencer is legal as long as its only function is to silence a bullet. Meaning that a legal suppresor/silencer may not cover up the flash when the bullet exits the suppresor/silencer

they are illegal here. you can make them for some guns, rifles, with a piece of pvc pipe and some tennis balls. but that shit is like a federal offense of some shit.

Oh god amidy! That would have been funny except you said, "....my right arm to much to do..." instead of the grammatically correct, "...my right arm TOO much to do..."

I've been shooting guns for over 30 years. Out here all you have to pay for is the ammo. Lotsa open ranch area to go out on.

Best I can remember I've shot:

410 shotgun
.22 rifles and pistols
.25 semi
380
12 guage
30.06
7mm magnum
357 magnum
44 magnum
AR-15
old bolt action WW2 russian 7.62
winchester 30/30
Mini-14
Musket replica

Probably some more but can't remember right now.

I go hunting with my dad sometimes, I plan to get a MK23 one day for protection.

But I also own a MP5 Airsoft Gun.

My dad brought me up learning about guns, gun safety, respect for them and all that. Most people I think that are against recreational shooting have probably never done it. Glad you had some fun doing it.

You'd find a lot of farmers here in Texas that would be just as gratefull to be rid of a few pigs. Up until recently there was no season or limit on them. They're friggin everywhere around here.

edit: Pretty good sized hog there. Bout 300 pounds I'm guessing?
