Well since plastic wasnt used til the sixties, its safe to assume its not from prewar.
My guess is american or canadian 60s kitkat. Seeing the weight is oz first.

thats a new American (maybe canadian too) kit kat bar. UK kit kat bar wrappers are red i believe. as far as taste I think the American one is vastly superior.
