Hi everybody,
I just mentioned it on the side before, but I love the original q3/ta-bots (except the id-member-models that is, of course) but never understood, why on, apart from that, great sites like polycount you just find (partly poor) imitations of comic heroes and so on.
I don't wanna sound conceited here. I'm a creative person but know next to nothing about creating a model, skin or whatever. So, before shutting my mouth: Are there cool id-like player-models around who are NOT influenced by a cartoon, movie etc? Oh by the way, if anyone DOES know how (and actually intends) to create one, I could draw some cool outlines for inspiration
