First, how do you use rail guns only for your server?
Second, how do you make the rail guns make you move fast to another area, like putting it at your feet and shooting and you go somewhere else.

InstaUnlagged, to be more precise (the #1 instagib mod these days). Comes with server configs included.

So i guess the demo servers are ones you buy and they have it? cuz the demo servers allow it :/
