ok i'll go first.
i have a g3 imac 400mhz
320MB of ram
and a g4 1ghz powerbook
720MB ram
both running osx.3.8
the powerbook is sorta the family's and i'm going to school next year and i'm pretty sure i'm going to get a 12" ibook with all the goodies

I love it. Does everything I want (except play games, and thats why I kept my PC, otherwise I'd be sitting with an iMac) and does it without hassles found in Windows. I've also noticed that the application-quality level is generally higher; I have yet to find a single app for OS X thats poorly written or implemented, whereas I found duds for XP on a daily basis.
