Torrents?

Im currently downloading a 100 mb file off bit torrent. Its now 99.3% done, and it won't go any higher. The speed is 0 kbs, but the upload rate is 35 kbs. Now what the hell is going on here? I'm uploading but not downloading? Will my file ever continue downloading?

Are there seeds?

if yet, ports ok? Cap your upload a bit?

You could always try pausing all torrents and closing the torrent program. Then reopen the program and restart the torrents.
