Okay, no response? Thought not.
Now that I've proven to even the simpletons that everything I said was 100% correct, I've got to:
Curl for ten minutes and hit the treadmill for a half an hour. Sit. Edit: I expect the cowards to talk shit while I'm gone, but you'll just sound like Al Gore. You lost, deal with it.

where's your proof? where's your reference? so far, you seem to get all your kicks from stating your opinion as fact, and failing to back it up or link it to any real facts... c'mon man, you haven't ever told the truth about me, and i really want to hear it.rep wrote:I rule you, period. and please, please, don't respond like a casual cliche like "you couldn't handle the truth!"
oh, better yet, don't respond at all. to anyone, in any thread, in any forum. the internet would be an infinitely better place.

Do you really think that pointing out the fact that I missed an r in one word implies anything about me or somehow mitigates your screaming idiocy? Sorry fucking attempt at dodging my point, dummy.rep wrote:Yeah, don't be too had on me. Grade school is tuff stuff dood. Dipshit.Nightshade wrote:Don't be too had on him. I tried to stay out of this, but I think these studies explain a bit about what we're dealing with here:
Herrmann W, Knapp JP. Hyperhomocysteinemia: a new risk factor for degenerative diseases. Clin Lab. 2002;48(9-10):471-81.
Herrmann W, Knapp JP. Hyperhomocysteinemia: a new risk factor for degenerative diseases. Clin Lab. 2002;48(9-10):471-81.
Herbert V. Staging vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) status in vegetarians. Am J Clin Nutr. 1994 May;59(5 Suppl):1213S-1222S.Hyperhomocysteinemia (HHCY) is a consequence of disturbed methionine metabolism. It results from enzyme and/or vitamin deficiency. Epidemiological and clinical studies have proven HHCY to be an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases, stroke, peripheral arterial occlusive disease and venous thrombosis. Trials in progress may clarify the "causality" of high homocysteine (HCY) concentrations and will assess the value of HCY lowering therapy. HHCY is also seen as a risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases such as cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and also for depression. Subjects who follow a strict vegetarian diet also have a high prevalence of HHCY caused by vitamin B12 deficiency
Frentzel-Beyme R, Claude J, Eilber U. Mortality among German vegetarians: first results after five years of follow-up. Nutr Cancer. 1988;11(2):117-26.When one stops eating vitamin B-12 (cobalamins), one passes through four stages of negative cobalamin balance: serum depletion [low holotranscobalamin II, ie, low vitamin B-12 on transcobalamin II (TCII)], cell depletion (decreasing holohaptocorrin and low red cell vitamin B-12 concentrations), biochemical deficiency (slowed DNA synthesis, elevated serum homocysteine and methylmalonate concentrations), and, finally, clinical deficiency (anemia).
More deaths than expected were observed from stomach, pancreatic, testicular, and brain cancers. An internal comparison of mortality between strict and moderate vegetarians (741) suggests a higher mortality from all causes and malignant neoplasms among strict vegetarians in both sexes...

Publishing PMs, Grudge? Big no no.

Oh yeah, as far as the B-12 and protein stuff goes, vegans have it covered. I'm never tired, in fact I'm more energetic than I was when I ate meat... Far more energetic. I've not only trimmed down, but it's easier for me to gain mass and cut than ever before. I'm the healthiest man in my neighborhood, and besides my normal work out routines, I can attribute it also to my diet.
The only problems I ever had was with sugar levels. I was drinking nothing but water for a while, and I was having crazy blood sugar level attacks here and there. A tall glass of soda a day cures all of that... The only problem is, if I stop for even a day I get caffeine headaches.
You kids are the most hilarious group of twats I've ever encountered on the Internet. You prove that I'm the King every day when you try to pick apart everything I say... It's all good and entertaining because I know everything I've said is correct, and you're completely wrong. If I wasn't the King, this thread wouldn't be here. Period. Yeah, I went there.
Every single thing I say is immediately countered with something from the opposite side, because I hurt you all so badly that you feel defensive and act laughably reactionary. I'm the man.

I was? I didn't know I could do that while watching CNNHeadlineNews on the treadmill. Amazing.MKJ wrote:20 mins later hes still here reading up and posting PMs :icon19:

As you can clearly see, I was fairly rapid with my reply, as I care a great deal about what HM-PuFFNSTuFF has to say.
