Program that finds color hex codes ?

I'm looking for a program someone posted here once...can't remember the name...I'm pretty sure it was Scourge who posted...you can put the cursor over a color and it tells you the hex code for it. It was really useful for Photoshop...I redid my computer and I need it again.
