Sorry folks for the lack of info

I have a friend who I have talked to only on email lately and she says she cannot delete items from email.

I dont know the OS or the email program yet, but with these small facts I thought maybe one of you guys might have a suggestion or 2.

I picked this up on google but I'm not sure if it works or if it does, why it does. Why cant you just open the email program and open the deleted itmes folder and select all and delete.

My friend tried this but says it didnt help.

maybe her deleted items folder is too full to accept newer deleted items.

have her delete the already deleted items.

make sure she has upgraded to SP2 and applied all windows fixes and vulnerabilities.

Lemme guess, hotmail account? Mine did that for a while. Eventually it quit. Don't know why. I could send them to the deleted folder, but then couldn't remove them from there. Everything updated?

Outlook Express can connect to a Hotmail Account like it were a POP account.

Yep, I was referring to hotmail through Outlook Express. I have my hotmail going through Outlook. Sorry I guess I should have stated that.
