Unpure Client Detected?

I am trying to run an Instaunlagged server with my Quake III arena, and when people try to connect, only one out of every 10 make it in (randomly I guess) and all of the others say "Unpure Client Detected, Invalid .PK3 Files Referenced"....

Is my version of quake III out of date? (i dont know which version it is) but this is hosted off my server in my house...

Is there an update i can get that most people have so they can all connect to my server? thanks!

the server and clients should all be running legitimate copies of quake 3, version 1.32 - and instaunlagged, version 1.2.
