Never said auto was as fast as stick. I know reading's tough for guys like you who haven't gotten past 'Curious George' but I'll work with ya sunshine. I said under normal conditions most drivers won't notice the difference. Driving like a retard isn't normal conditions. A few seconds better accelleration is better on paper, but a person usually won't notice it if we're talking about the same model car, between the stick and auto options...except maybe with sport packages with different gear ratios than stock. Oh wait, is this where we end up discussing your super-human driving skills?
