PSP Emulators

I have a PSP runnnig version 1.52 and would like to know how to get a Genesis emulator up and running on it. I own a Genesis and about 20 games, so I do not believe that would be illegal. I saw this on Attack of the Show, but I did not catch the whole thing and cannot find the shownotes on it. Can anyone give me some advice or a walkthrough of how to get a good game of Sonic running?

Emulators aren't legal.
