no, you use your headset over XBL.

you can only talk while holding the white button or pressing up on the d-pad. so it's fake imo.

Not that I know of.
If you talk while not pressing anything it's distance sensitive.
Meaning someone right next to you might hear you plainly but someone in the distance will hardly hear you.
Pressing the white button announces to everybody clearly.

you would hear the snooring if you were close or in post game, so it seems pretty legit. I didn't really watch the whole thing, the music hurts with headphones, but still damned funny when you think about it.

He would have to be in the same party as the other players, prolly a XBL custom game.
