Is that been published yet? I havent seen it in any stores and stuff

It has been published years ago and might be found around if you look. Best bet is online.

Edit: Team arena isn't played that much anymore though.

Quake III: Team Arena was released in April 2000 by id Software. Since it's been a few years since it's been released, it may be difficult to find on your local game store's shelves. However, Team Arena can be easily bought online through online vendors like amazon.com or even eBay.
