punkbuster problem with ra3

i keep getting a "not connected to server" error when I try to play ra3. I downloaded the latest fix and it still doesn't work.

Make sure you have the latest version of RA3 (1.76) and the latest Point Release (1.32). Make sure your PunkBuster client is up to date, by running PBWEB.exe. Download the file and place it in your "Quake III Arena\pb" directory and execute the file. It will take a moment to update, be patient.
