My mother got taught high school english by Stephen King. He was working on one of his first books (the one about the car or Cujo, can't remember) during the school year and when he finished and got it published, he quit. I met him after a reunion my mother went to and we went to his house. It's fucking spooky. His fence is shaped like black spiderwebs and he has gargoyles all over the place. King himself is kind of wierd. Polite, but odd. This was quite a few years before his car accident.

One of my all time faves. In fact at one stage I was obsessed with that movie.

My vice-principal used to play in the AFL.
I'm family friends with a close mate of a TV weather man
My sister did work experience for the Meridith Music Festival (music gig) and now knows a bunch of bands
I have mates in plenty of music and youth-music circles so they're tight with a bunch of local-ish (and not so local-ish) bands

Celebrities are overrated

I know a decendant of Genghis Khan and I also know another dude who's obviously of mid east origin who tries to pretend he's mexican. His last name is also Khan.
