well if it's bigger than pluto, what choice do they have?
They better name it appropriately, too. There's still Juno, Vesta, Minerva, Vulcan, and Diana.

Although to call it a 10th planet you have to classify pluto as the 9th...and some folks don't consider pluto a planet.
