New weapons into the Quake 3 Engine...

Hey guys, I was wondering, can anyone point me in a direction of a tutorial that will tell me how to set up a weapon for animating and then get it into the game? Thanks guys.

Thanks, but I meant 3D-wise not code-wise, we have a coder but we need to get the animations in then code it right?
