You kidding me right?Dante wrote:Pittsburgh will suck this year. Again.
With Crosby and Lemieux they should be okay...they should be one of the most improved teams in the league.
I can't believe the Avs let go of Forsberg...he's the best player in the world.
Foote is gone too...first the lockout and now the good players are leaving...the nhl is a joke now, they even took out the red line ffs!!!!
pathetic...
Well they are still trying to sign him but I doubt he'll accept a paycut just to stay in Colorado...money can buy you anything so..Disruptor wrote: :icon33:
Still playing some q3 and having problems with my absolutely shitty connection...that will change in about 3 weeks cause I'll be moving and switching to a steady connection.Disruptor wrote:BTW, sup?
Plus, I've been working and fishing (brook trout) all summer long

No. All the big $$ teams have to unload to stay under the cap so all of them are weakening. No more big market team domination.Duhard wrote:It's all over now...without Forsberg and Foote the Avs are going nowhere.Disruptor wrote:You will not take Forsberg from us! :icon33:
When its all over we will have 32 mediocre but fairly even teams and many more billionaire owners in about 5 years and good players going to euro leagues. GG

Don't argue with me, I'm always right.Canidae wrote:No. All the big $$ teams have to unload to stay under the cap so all of them are weakening. shut up
I like most of the rules changes, although I don't want the league to turn in to some second-rate "throw 194982 pucks at the net, hoping to score" fiasco with no defense at all. The game did need to open up though. To hell with the red line -_-
I'm anxious to see what happens to the teams and overall play. I was sick of the imbalanced teams.
and still, go Avs
