I just got a Zboard.

Post by YourGrandpa »

Since I needed a new keyboard I figured why not. The thing is pretty cool. I got the BF2 keyset for it and it works great. I just have to get use to using it. The good things are, the keys are labeled for the game, the board knows when you put in a certain keyset and you don't have to set any of the keys if you don't want to. Plus, you can set keys for special funtions in windows and other software.

Good stuff.

Watching raw and rep is like watching the captain of the football team come out of the locker putting the slimey slacker loser that tries beat up kids 4 grades under him cause its all he has a chance with, in place.

zboards are fine if that's all you can afford. Personally I prefer to interface directly with the computer through a strong emotional bond built up with the computer over all of these long years. But then again, that's just me and I can afford that sort of thing.

Yes, it has different lay-in keysets. One for typing and others for gaming.

ROFL, that thing...

I had a feeling that was what it was.

I played on one in Fry's Electronics. It had the DOOM 3 cover.

Absolutely horrible. Not only did it have a bad layout, but the response from the keys felt like I was playing with some Mexican toy.

$20 for each keyset. What a fucking waste of money.

It comes with a generic gaming keyset that can be used for every game. You don't have to buy anything extra unless you want to.
