Pics On Lost Phone Lead Cops To Pot Stash
POSTED: 3:43 pm CDT August 12, 2005
WOODLAND, Calif. -- The pictures on Zachary Hicks' missing cell phone cam are more than embarrassing, they've led to his arrest.
Police in Woodland say someone turned in Hicks' lost cell phone.
Investigators reported they found digital snapshots stored in the phone of piles of pot and cash.
Officers searched Hicks home and said they found drugs and money, and another camera phone.
Police said the new cell phone cam has pictures of dope and money, too.

Eat a dick you fucking snitch.+JuggerNaut+ wrote:no, that's actually a good point (for a change). i also recall toxic, BT, and Stoner posting pics of their *cough* crops.riddla wrote:yeah you'll say I'm obsessed or something similarly lame, but it brings goof and kracus to mind - both of which have posted pics of their weed online.

Just because I found my weed doesn't mean its dirty you dumb fuck, they were in the woods in a bunch of little pots in a box and I just brought the box home. Secondly, if I had no idea what I was doing why am I high, blowing out the pound right now?

Without a warrant of course.Law Abiding Ohio Resident And Korean War Veteran Has Authorities Illegally Swarm On His Property Just Hours After He Called President Bush A Liar On A Local AM Radio Station
Although Doug Stout, 77, won't pin illegal entry on his property to his harsh comments about Bush, but says one thing for sure "I don't smoke pot and everybody in town knows it." After hovering over his property with a helicopter, officers then swarmed on his land, looked at some shrubbery and then left without any explanation.

I'm not too familiar with any of the laws concerning this, but I think there's a big difference between searching and looking. I don't think you need a warrant to closely inspect a plant that is probably clearly visible from a public roadway. The way they keep using the word "raided," you'd think they bashed in his front door and took him hostage... and WTF does Bush-bashing have to do with a plant, anyway? Who's making that connection?
It sounds to me like they were probably doing some fly-overs looking for marijuana, and they thought he had something.
Keep reading and you'll get to the part about how the government has invented a lightning machine and is using it to strike the transmitters of stations it doesn't like.
Paranoia. Yeesh.
Not that I'm saying there aren't problems in this country, but people - especially older people - and especially rural older people - tend to blow things way out of proportion.
The government is a whole lot more concerned with money than it is with your pathetic average-joe private life
