Is my RAM on its way out?

Been experiecning things crashing and whatnot, decided to run memtest. These are only taken about an hour into the tests. It just seemed to look round again and redo some tests so i decided to leave it be.

Goto your rams website, get the proper timings and what not, and set them manually in your bios.. then rerun memtest

I am now sick.

its all at stock though, dont see why i need to forcefully change it.
