Best Free Scanner

What virus scanner do you find best to use? They are so many floating around that i thought i'd ask you lot to get some idea's.
I already have 1 called 'Sybot Seach and Destroy' though i am in need of another full virus scan (if you get me

Spybot is a malware scanner NOT an antivirus scanner.
