i work in a kitchen, and me or any of the other kitchen staff don't wash my hands after using the bathroom in the bathroom, because it's so much easier to wash your hands in the kitchen

of course not , in either the secondary sink if nothing's in there, or the chef's sink (which is very small and off to the side).
