[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.
It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.
I am now sick.

soap and denz.. ok kewl, and i guess you both are US citizen right? :icon6:
The first time i tried the mp demo i was like "damn it feels weird" and i thought the controls was out of sync and the gun placement was crap.. so i deleted it. Then i tried the sp that was released a month ago.. set everything up, fixed the smooth mouse shit, set the graphics so it looked sweet and still was floating perfect.. hit the lights and turned up the volume.. damn i got scared. :icon28:
The sp demo was way to short...so i started the mp demo up again with a friend and set everything up etc.. and this time it was way more fun.
I think im sometimes a bit to fast on judging a game, if it dosent feel right the first 5 mins i think its crap... but sometimes you need more than 5 minutes(well not with games like Starship troopers, killer 7, predator:concrete jungle) to judge a game.
I was wrong about F.E.A.R... if ya havent tried the sp demo, do so now: http://www.whatisfear.com/us/

The closed mp beta was a deal with fileplanet to get more paying subscribers.o'dium wrote:3 Demo's before release for a SP game that can be patched and a MP game that nobody will play...
Compared to Quake 4, which probably EVERYBODY will play, which hasn't even had a sniff of a test...
Thats just wrong...
The open mp beta was for regular subscribers(still the exact same beta demo).
The sp demo...well, its not the mp.
So 2 demos.. one sp and one mp.. is that so bad?
I think its a good thing with demos.. maybe im wrong?
Developers that dosent release a demo of any kind have something to hide..
