MULTIPLAYER QUESTION

Hey guys, whats up? I'm a retired Q3 player and I've decided to get back into it. I used to play frequently on Mplayer and i was wondering if it was still around. If not, i am looking for something similar to mplayer as far as the rankings/scores go. I was really into the rank system. If anyone can help me, please let me know. Thanks

Yeah, that's the one thing I miss the most about mplayer, besides being better than gamespy overall, it had the awesome ranking system. No such thing exists anymore for q3 however.

You can frequently play on a couple of ranked servers, a lot of them have their own server stats if you visit the homepage. (All seeing eye will tell you the homepage of the server on the bottom right hand pane).

I wonder if anything like the old MPlayer will pop up once Q4 is released?

probably not, MPlayer was bought out by Gamespy.
