Windows Explorer Links

Post by bork[e] »

I have about 10 or so links that are only in Windows Explorer. All of them are folders. I have it set to open everything up in one window, instead of a new window for each click.

Now, when I have the window half way opened some of the links are hidden, and I click on the ">>" button to access the others. That is the only time my link opens up in the same window (if it's a shortcut to something on my hdd)

My question is how can I get the links that are not in the drop down menu to open up in the same window...instead of opening a new one?

If I didn't explain well enough I'll post a screen tomorrow, tia.

I think I understand you.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer. If there is a way to do it, I think you stand the best chance of finding it with TweakUI:

BTW when you say links, I think you mean shortcuts.
Links could be shortcuts (file or folder locations) or bookmarks (more commonly used to refer to internet addresses)

Hope that helps.
