The error you're getting is 'Cyclic Redundancy Check' from memory. This means the file on the CD is unreadable.
You might have sucess with some CD cleaner, or using hairspray on the surface them wiping it down (At your own risk, that one. Could fuck your drive too).
Either way, pak0.pk3 wont come off the drive. Sadly, pak0.pk3 is the phat motherfucker 300Mb beast. None of the patches include it.
Best option is probably to pick up another CD.
