been too long since I did pc's upgrades and I need to know if mixing two unequal sized ram strips (same rating of 3200 ddr) is oging to make my machine cough and die

256 + 1gig

any takers (and I mean that in the sense of the question answering not in the sense of in the ass)

i'd make sure u put the gig stick in ur 0 slot so it caches to the bigger one first
