I was just llooking at a site with a fan that has 4 led UV blue lights.
I think I mistyped that but you know what I mean.
So I wonder what the difference is between just blue led and blue UV led. Has anyone got one or seen one?

Yes, exactly like a blacklight. Blacklights are ultraviolet lights.
P.S. Since the only part of the wavelength we can see is "violet" these fans will look purple. So if you want blue, get blue, not UV. If you have UV colored parts (like DFI's Lanparty motherboards) and want them to seem illuminated, get UV.
