The first thing I would do is exam this “No Child Left Behind,” act. It would only be reworded, but reworded for common decency and clarity to Americas plight. A hard line attitude must be taken. It is time to stop ignoreing the ignorance, and take matters in hand, as they must be.

This plight, which has plagued so many nations and races, cannot be swept under the rug. It is not going to go away. Which is why we must face it head on, here, in America, first. Then we can deal with other nations as need be.

This bill will propose that ALL children that are to dumb to keep up in school, be exterminated for stupidity.

If THAT don’t smarten them up, NOTHING will.

(whistles, applause and load cheering)

I hate that NCLB crap. My kid spends too much of the year learning to pass the tests instead of actually learning what he should be.

NCLB sounds fucking stupid.

How about, let the dumbasses stay in the stupid classes and if they can't survive in the school system, see how they go in things like apprenticeships, further education other than university, etc (whatever your american equivilant is).

the smart kids go in the smart classes, the dumbasses drop out. how else should it be ?
