this is true, i kinda remember a Discussion on this before, and a dude mentioned and gave some video backup that his EG9 Civic with a B18 Turbo'd with a 150shot of nos took a viper no problem..
unfortuante that by the time a civic can beat a viper it costs the same ammount, and has 1/10th of the reliability, economy, and driveability it was designed to have.

Right on the reliability and drivability, but still much cheaper than an SRT-10 and still much more economical. I went from 25mpg to 21mpg when I took my Audi's 1.8T from 170 crank hp to 440, for about 15K USD, which includes a Stasis tracksport suspension and motorsport brakes.

I bet that Civic has more than 500hp. IMO its stupid getting 500hp+ from a b18, or pretty much any honda engine for that matter. The full boost is only there after about 6000rpm, so if you shift and ur rpm drops under 6000, it will be fucking slow until u pass 6000 and it will spin all the way.
