Cannot change refresh rate in multiplayer?

You can set your vsync at 120Hz. But all that means is that you'll get 60, 30, 20 etc fps depending on what your graphics card manages to put out.

I tried vsync in Q3 with com_maxfps 60 and 120 Hz refresh and it didn't look good. Maybe it's not the same in Q4 though... 60 Hz and vsync looks as smooth as it can be with 60 Hz on a CRT.
