that's a steep price for an amp that, if you could even afford it, you'd probably not ever use.

hrmmmmm, looks like a fake to me. Kurt used to use rack mounted boogie pre's and solid state crown power amps to get his sound + a shit load of pedals. I seriously doubt he'd use a Marshall, very much a different sound. Although I've got the track on CD somewhere and give it a listen to see if i can snout out that Marshall crunch.

that is probably what he used in concert.....this is claimed as what he used to record his last song, probably a few others too
