it should be the owners decision wether the bar should be able to smoke or not, having someone dictate what a premisis can and cant do is bullshit
Except that it's historically true that non-smokers put up with smokers habits in public places, mainly becuase it's just the way things are.
Businesses are out to maximise profit, and few are willing to exclude smokers becuase this will mean losing their business.
You're just reaching for an argument because you're addicted and don't like the idea of having to abstain while socialising. Why even bother to make lame arguments?
