unable to pickup weapon

I was playing teh drummeh at a normal server in tourney mode on the the fragging yard 1v1, and after playing normal for a while we suddenly were both unable to pickup weapons. armors still worked though :icon27:

anyone else had this, is it some gay server side feature?

The Server setting is set to weapon stay = "1" in order for you to pick up a weapon that you already own then the server has to be set to "0"

Yea, I like being able to pick up weapons I already have. It helps control what weapons the enemy has access to.

ya, when the server is set like that you gotta keep finding ammo packs. :puke:

Weapon stay is shit. Good for noobs in ffa, everyone gets a weapon, although they still have to be able to get ammo. For 1v1, as rook said, you have to be able to stop the other player picking up weapons.

Same for TDM (and CTF to a lesser degree).
