When I die, my weapon ui still shows the weapons I had before death, until I switch weapons.
Anyone know which command could cause this?

Probably just a bug in the game jenny once "they" patch it it will probably get fixed along with some of the other bugs people have reported.
I find it annoying too that not a single one of "their" testers noticed it too. Along with everything else.
