Quake 4 info_player_team

Is there a key to make info_player_team entities "start only"?
For instance, I would like to make a CTF level.
And on that level I would like all the players on a team to START the match in their flag room. However, I would like to have some spawn points outside of the flag room. I wouldn't want these spawn points to be used at the start tho. It wouldn't make sense for match play. All the other Quake games have had this ability.

Is there a way to do it in Quake 4?
