My town may be getting sued.

Was setting out in my truck on break a few minutes ago and in my rear view mirror I see this hitting about 300 - 350lbs rolling along in her wheel chair. Look down and changed cds, look back up and see her laying face down on the concrete sidewalk.

Looks like her wheel chair got hung up in a crack and tipped er' over. :icon19:

You know how some people are, anything to get some extra cash. That was my first thought anyway.
