6200 overclocking impossible!

Ive recently bought a 6200 hoping to unlock the extra pipelines. Unfortunately this wasnt to be. its a pitiful card only acheiving 2300 3dmark2003 and 6884 in 2001. my GF3 can acheive near 8000 when overclocked to 245/530 for christ sake!!

this 6200 wont overclock, i can set the frequency 1 mhz above or below standard, and hit apply, and the whole system will lock up straight away. Ive tried the latest drivers, it wouldnt pass the test. with 77.72 itll pass the test but when I hit apply itll hang. what the fuck is going on?!?!!!

Unfortunately you bought a really crappy card and not being able to overclock it is just one of the symptoms.

ive discovered I can overclock the memory by about 40mhz but the core wont do anything at all!

going to try and RMA the fucker!!

I bought a card with 300mhz core speed and 550mhz memory and 8.8gb/s bandwith as described on their site

the card I received was only 350mhz core speed and 500mhz memory speed and 64bit memory, meaning only 4gb/s bandwith. So technicaly, the card they sent me is the wrong card.

I want my fucking money back!
